Intellectual disability is one of the most prevalent developmental disabilities children globally. As per reports Disability Statistics in India 2017, which was updated from census data 2011, there are 1.5 million people with intellectual (Kumar, 2017). Though this number alarming, less statistical data’s available to describe about family members, who suffering because intellectually disabled children. Family main source support for those any society. Parents experience enormous physical and mental stress while dealing (Islam, Shanaz, & Farjana, 2013). It could be an unfavourable challenging occurrence that follow possibility frustration, feeling sadness, hopelessness. Various evidences indicate parents face emotional, social economic problems often limiting, destructive conclusive nature, (Boromand, Narimani, Mosazadeh, 2014), since a permanent condition unlike many other diseases (ThiyamKiran Singh, Indla, 2008). Perceiving these hence unavoidable families Intellectually Disabled When parental more, psychological wellbeing will existing parents. Hence, study, researcher correlates perceived related certain demographic variables like age, occupation income by valid scale. The study done sixty parents, Cuddalore district Tamilnadu.
